Is Say Less NYC a licensed dispensary?

Yes. We are fully licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) to sell recreational cannabis. Our License Number is OCM-CUARD-25-000304. When you shop with us, you are buying 100% legal, lab-tested, and regulated products.

Do I need a medical card to purchase?

No. Say Less NYC is an Adult-Use (Recreational) dispensary. As long as you are 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport), you can shop our full menu.

How much cannabis can I buy at one time?

Per New York State law, individuals 21+ can purchase and possess up to:

  • 3 ounces of cannabis flower.
  • 24 grams of concentrated cannabis (oils, vapes, wax, edibles). Our point-of-sale system tracks this automatically so you never have to worry about going over the limit.
Can I smoke cannabis in public in NYC?

New York law allows you to smoke cannabis wherever smoking tobacco is legal. However, you cannot smoke in:

  • Motor vehicles (even if parked).
  • Restaurants or bars (unless designated).
  • Parks, beaches, or pedestrian plazas.
  • Inside our dispensary.
Is my information private?

Yes. We are compliant with all NY State privacy regulations. We do not sell your data, and your purchase history is kept secure.

Where does Say Less NYC deliver?

We provide fast delivery to The Bronx, Manhattan, and select areas of Queens and Westchester. You can check if your address is in our zone by entering your zip code at checkout on our menu.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Yes. By law, we must hand the order to the person who placed it. You must be present with your valid 21+ ID to receive your delivery. We cannot leave cannabis in mailboxes or with doormen.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash (ATM available on-site).
  • Debit Cards (processed via a cashless ATM system with a small fee).
  • Note: Due to federal regulations, we cannot accept Credit Cards (Visa/Amex) directly.
Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Absolutely. Select "Pickup" at checkout. We will pack your order and have it ready for you at the counter. It’s the fastest way to shop—just grab and go.

Are your products lab-tested?

Every single product on our shelves—from flower to edibles—has passed rigorous testing by NY State-approved laboratories. This ensures there are no pesticides, heavy metals, or mold, and that the THC percentage on the label is accurate.

Why do dispensary prices look different than the street?

Legal cannabis includes NY State taxes (13%) which go back into the community. In exchange, you get a guarantee of safety, quality, and accuracy that the "legacy market" cannot offer. No mystery chemicals, just pure fire.

I’m visiting from out of state/country. Can I buy?

Yes! Tourists are welcome. All you need is a valid government-issued ID (like a Passport or Out-of-State Driver’s License) proving you are 21+.
